The company is seeking a skilled and experienced hospitality leader for an Assistant Manager position at our remote mining village. This role involves management of accommodation reservations systems, site operations, client relationship development, team management, financial performance, and P&L responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Management of the Accommodation reservations systems
* Management of site & all contract scoped accommodation and catering services
* Impeccable client relationship development / management
* Full financial performance and P&L responsibility with a focus on labor and food costs
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative and computer/software skills, experience in accommodation reservations systems (VAMS, SAMS, RMS), and a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (highly desirable). The candidate should also have stable & progressive management experience within a remote environment, commitment to genuine customer service, motivated attitude, resourcefulness, resilience, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
