Due to continued growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Charter Services Coordinator to join our Commercial team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong customer relationships and is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The Role

As the first point of contact for charter and contracted transport enquiries, you will play a key role in creating positive customer experiences, working collaboratively with internal teams to coordinate bookings, prepare quotations and ensure every customer interaction is professional, responsive and solutions-focused.

This role combines customer service, administration, and operational coordination, requiring someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Be Doing

* Deliver exceptional customer service across all customer enquiries and bookings
* Support customers to identify tailored transport solutions that meet their needs
* Prepare accurate quotations and coordinate charter and contracted transport bookings in line with operational requirements
* Maintain accurate booking, customer and operational information across internal systems
* Provide administrative support across reporting, invoicing and related commercial coordination activities
* Build strong customer relationships through timely follow up and issue resolution
* Identify new customer opportunities and support networking and customer engagement initiatives
* Work collaboratively with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery

What We're Looking For

* Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end reservations, bookings or customer coordination activities
* A strong customer service mindset with a genuine passion for creating positive customer experiences
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to keep customer informed
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
* High attention to detail with strong administrative accuracy
* Strong computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and platforms
* Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving capability and a proactive approach to work
* Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
* Experience within transport, tourism, hospitality or service based industries will be highly regarded
