The Role
This is a Temporary Full Time position available in the Southern NSW region. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing evidence-based clinical services to individuals of all ages with issues related to substance misuse and/or dependency.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care plans to consumers affected by substance misuse and dependence
* Foster strong relationships with consumers, their families and carers, and other stakeholders to promote collaborative care
* Develop and implement innovative, evidence-based interventions to support individuals struggling with alcohol and drug use
Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications and current registration with relevant health professions (e.g., Registered Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists) or eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers
* Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based interventions for substance use and dependence, including assessment, treatment, and management
* Excellent communication skills, with ability to engage with diverse audiences and convey complex information effectively
* Proficiency in computer software and systems, with ability to maintain accurate records and reports
* A current unrestricted driver's licence and ability to maintain
