Nextt is looking for friendly, engaging, and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our team on a casual basis, providing backfill support across the Logan area.
At Nextt, we're committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. You'll support clients with daily living tasks, promote independence, and help them achieve their goals.
What you'll do:
* Support clients with daily living activities, personal care, and community access
* Assist clients with psychosocial disabilities using trauma-informed approaches
* Administer or assist with medication as required
* Document progress notes and report any concerns
What we're looking for:
* Compassionate, reliable, and professional
* Experience in disability or psychosocial support preferred
* Flexibility to work across different shifts and locations
Pay Rates (SCHADS E3.1 Casual):
* Base hourly: $35.15
* Afternoon shift (Mon–Fri, ends 8 PM–midnight): $38.67
* Active night shift (before 6 AM / after midnight, Mon–Fri): $39.37
* Saturday: $49.21
* Sunday: $63.27
* Public holiday: $77.33
