Are you a driven and motivated supervisor looking to lead a team of high performing technicians whilst building relationships with key clients, and bringing new clients to the business?
What will you be doing?
* Mentor and support team in line with revenue and profit targets relevant to their teams.
* Form new or strengthen existing relationships in the region with Clients, Suppliers & Subcontractors
* The role is focussed on managing fire service technicians carrying out repairs
What do we need?
* Proven experience (minimum five years) in a reputed Fire Services Management role with financial responsibility for a service department
* Strong management and leadership ability at a technical level with the ability to develop, coach and mentor employees
* High attention to detail with excellent communication both written and verbal
* Experience in the Hard Technical Maintenance of Facilities Management industry would be an advantage
* Expertise in using an Enterprise system
* Ideally with some QBCC Nominee Supervisor accreditation
