About the Role
Deliver fun and engaging lifestyle activities that help residents feel connected, valued and supported. Spend meaningful time with residents, getting to know their interests, supporting their wellbeing, and creating activities that bring enjoyment to their day. Some aspects of personal care will also be involved.
Responsibilities
* Deliver fun and engaging lifestyle activities to residents.
* Spend meaningful time with residents, getting to know their interests.
* Support residents' wellbeing and create enjoyable activities.
* Follow care plans and resident preferences for personal care tasks when required.
Experience & Skills
* Experience as a PCA or previous lifestyle role.
* Interest in lifestyle, wellbeing or activity-based work.
* Ability to engage residents in meaningful activities.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to follow care plans and resident preferences.
* Team player with a collaborative approach.
* Genuine passion for resident wellbeing.
* Certificate IV in Lifestyle & Leisure (or similar) highly regarded.
