Customer Experience Expert
Telstra Retail is seeking a Customer Experience Expert to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, helping customers find the right products and services to suit their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing helpful advice and guidance on our products and services.
* Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to provide expert advice to customers.
