Job Title: Conference and Functions Attendant
Position Overview
The Conference & Functions Attendant plays a key role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our corporate meetings, conferences, and private functions. This position requires a proactive, hands‐on approach and a commitment to providing professional, high‐quality service with exceptional attention to detail. You will support the setup, execution, and pack‐down of all conference and function spaces, working collaboratively with the broader operations team to deliver a polished client experience reflective of our award‐winning standards.
Key Accountabilities
* Deliver seamless and professional food and beverage service in a corporate or fine dining environment, ensuring a world‐class guest experience
* Execute precise table setups and multi‐course dining service, with expert knowledge of cutlery use and silver service techniques
* Provide professional beverage service, including wine service
* Maintain the highest standards of grooming, etiquette, and compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
* Liaise effectively with supervisors and clients to ensure smooth event execution
* Strong knowledge of AV and technical setup
* Uphold venue safety, hygiene, and RSA compliance standards
Skills & Experience
