About the Role
GSK's Industry Based Learning (IBL) Program is a 12‐month, full‐time internship starting January2027. The role of Supply Chain Associate is within the Customer Supply Chain Team supporting ViiV Australia, GSK Australia and GSK New Zealand. You will work on live projects across Customer Service, Warehousing and Logistics while being mentored by a dedicated team member.
Responsibilities
* Manage various supply‐chain and finance reporting requirements for ANZ markets
* Communicate inventory positions and work with the business to implement mitigation plans to ensure continuity of supply
* Manage priority reports for inbound stock receipts
* Review invoicing from supply‐chain suppliers
* Participate in the weekly performance cycle and provide supply‐chain analytics
* Discuss supply plans with regional supply‐chain managers, as required
* Pro‐actively work with various teams to resolve challenges and minimise supply impact to GSK
* Receive end‐to‐end exposure to an international supply‐chain (site – first trade customer)
* Learn the "Gold Standard" ERP system – SAP
* Interact with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
* Handle day‐to‐day interaction with a 3PL partner to manage domestic warehousing and distribution

Qualifications and Requirements
• Minimum of an undergraduate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (penultimate or final year students are eligible).
• You must work full‐time from January2027 to January2028.
• You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident, a New Zealand citizen, or able to provide proof of valid working rights that enable you to work full‐time for the 12‐month period of the program (without restrictions).
