Sales Performance & Insights Analyst
As a Sales Performance & Insights Analyst, you will lead and manage the Residential Sales Incentive Program across our Residential sales teams, and act as a business analyst translating large data sets into actionable insights. You will develop powerful dashboard visualisations and reports, drive improvements in revenue and KPIs, and own key data initiatives.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the Residential Sales Incentive Program end‐to‐end, including target setting, performance reporting, and incentive calculations.
* Contribute to the overall Sales Performance Framework covering Reporting, Incentives, Target Setting and Governance.
* Partner with Sales Leadership to provide strategic and tactical input and recommendations based on data and insights.
* Develop and maintain new reports and scalable dashboards (e.g., in Tableau) for sales revenue, performance tracking and strategic storytelling across the sales teams.
* Develop new tactical reports that uncover future risks and opportunities.
* Run regular forecast meetings and provide analysis and storytelling to key stakeholders.
* Use a range of data sources to uncover actionable insights and prioritise opportunities.
* Support Domain sales‐related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
* Experience in an analytical field, insights or commercial performance role.
* Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and inform strategy development.
* Advanced Excel skills and high‐level Tableau experience (complex dashboards and reports).
* Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
* Comfortable presenting complex data to non‐data people.
* Curious, self‐motivated and high attention to detail.
* Bachelor's degree in a highly analytical discipline (Economics, Commerce, Engineering) – nice to have.
* Experience querying data using SQL – nice to have.
