**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled Painting Specialist to join our team at the Mt Thorley facility. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for preparing and painting various mining equipment.
* Surface Preparation: Cleaning, sanding and applying primers to ensure a smooth finish.
* Mixing and Applying Paints: Combining paints, varnishes and other coatings to achieve the desired color and texture.
* Painting Tools: Using spray guns, rollers and brushes to apply paint evenly and efficiently.
* Inspection: Ensuring that finished surfaces meet quality standards.
* Maintenance and Cleaning: Regularly maintaining and cleaning equipment and workspaces to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
* Collaboration: Working collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as an Industrial Painter in manufacturing or mining environments.
* Painting Techniques and Tools: Proficiency in painting techniques and tools, including spray guns, rollers and brushes.
