A busy and unique opportunity awaits you in this administrative, customer driven accounts receivable position, with a true focus on promoting customer satisfaction.
We are seeking an experienced, professional yet, down to earth and pro-active Accounts Administrator with a strong customer service focus to join this fast paced, finance team that offers a supportive workplace where you will be surrounded by a supportive team environment.
Reporting to the Credit Manager, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Warm follow up calls to your allocated portfolio of clients
Customer record maintenance
Invoicing and contract management
Internal and external relationship management
Manage all collection queries
Allocation of cash / direct deposits
Process credit card payments
Manage rebate process - follow up suppliers, business to business collections
Follow up any queries and administration support to Credit team
This opportunity would be suited to a strong administrator who has had exposure to Accounts, a strong customer service focus and keen to progress and learn more within a finance team. If you are pro-active, a team player, enjoy liaising with people on all levels and keen to learn and develop your existing skills - then this is the opportunity for you!
