Role Overview
A high school boys' volleyball coach is sought to lead a competitive and character-driven program aligned with the academy's core values. The successful candidate will foster athletic excellence, build school spirit, and mentor students to develop the skills and mindset they need for life beyond high school.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coach student-athletes at all levels of the boys' volleyball program.
* Instruct athletes in fundamental skills, strategies, and physical training to promote individual and team development.
* Collaborate with the Athletic Director, Assistant Athletic Director, parents, and coaches to coordinate schedules and supervise transportation needs.
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, applicants must possess a minimum of one year of experience coaching high school-aged athletes. Completion of the CHSAA coaching form, passing score on the CHSAA coaching test, and completion of CHSAA concussion training are also required. A background check performed by the school must be passed.
