About the Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Engagement Officer to be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and stakeholders. This role is based in our South Hedland office and is key to ensuring a positive client experience while supporting efficient office operations and accurate client data management.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement and Reception
* Act as the first point of contact, providing professional, respectful, and empathetic service
* Manage client enquiries via walk-ins, phone, and online channels
* Conduct initial client intakes in line with procedures
* Record and triage referrals, ensuring timely follow-up
* Maintain a welcoming and culturally safe reception environment
* Direct enquiries to appropriate team members
Administrative Support
* Provide day-to-day administrative support, including correspondence, scanning, filing, and data entry
* Maintain accurate and confidential client records
* Manage and coordinate meeting room bookings
* Monitor and action the administration inbox
About You
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
* High level of organisation and attention to detail
* Experience in administrative or client-facing roles (preferred)
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Experience with databases or case management systems (desirable)
