About the Role
* Collaborating with financial advisers to analyse and assess clients' financial situations, assist with technical queries, cashflow modelling and strategy calculations;
* Preparing comprehensive and compliant Statements of Advice (SoA) and other financial planning documents;
* Conducting research and preparing comparisons for investment products, superannuation, insurance, and other financial instruments;
* Working with outsourcing providers to manage overflow requirements;
* Assist with developing junior paraplanners and peer review;
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
About You
* Minimum 3-5 years' experience in paraplanning;
* Proven proficiency in constructing SOAs and other FP related documents;
* Knowledge in superannuation, entity structures, taxation, Investment structures and risk insurance;
* Bachelor of Financial Planning or Advance/Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning qualifications is preferred but not essential;
* Strong technical, analytical and problem solving skills;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
