Key Responsibilities:
* Perform customer sales and service transactions with excellent communication skills.
* Manage high value transactions accurately, handling and processing cash, cheques, credit cards, and EFTPOS.
* Conduct and process identity services transactions, including Australian Passport Interviews.
* Promote products and services through up-selling, cross-selling, merchandising, and other promotional activities.
* Assist customers with mail lodgements and associate costs.
About You:
* Be friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable with a passion for working in a team environment.
* Have experience in customer service and/or cash handling.
* Be physically fit to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly and stand for your shift.
