We are seeking a customer support specialist to join our dynamic team in Launceston. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and resolving technical issues with merchant terminals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist customers in resolving technical issues with merchant terminals.
* Troubleshoot and diagnose problems over the phone.
* Enter and update customer data in support systems.
* Provide feedback to drive process efficiencies.
* Maintain high levels of professionalism and exceptional customer experience.
Requirements:
