About The OPPORTUNITIES: We have multiple vacancies for Aircraft Maintenance Engineers to join the Hawk Lead-In-Fighter and F-35 Lightning II fighter jet programs within our Aerospace organisation based in Williamtown, NSW. If you're a qualified Aircraft Maintenance Engineer in Avionics, Structures, Mechanical, or Armament, we want to talk with you! Key RESPONSIBILITIES Be responsible to the Team Leader for scheduled servicing and unscheduled maintenance: Mechanical AMEs: Responsible for hydraulic, environmental, pneumatic, and propulsion systems, related components, and propellers. Avionic AMEs: Maintain, inspect, and diagnose faults in avionic systems and components on fixed and rotary-wing aircraft. Structures AME: Responsible for production, maintenance, and repair of sheet metal, bonded, and non-metallic composite materials and components on aircraft. Armament AMEs: Maintain emergency escape systems, egress systems, and aircraft weapon systems, from onboard computers to stores and load mechanisms. Ensure maintenance and technical documentation are authorized and compliant. Accurately record work details and obtain certification of work performed in required timeframes. Incorporate all relevant engineering advice, defect reports, maintenance deficiencies, and publication updates as directed. Report defects, deficiencies, errors, and unserviceabilities to the Team Leader. Perform maintenance only within delegated and authorized levels. Initiate quality, non-conformance, or defect reports as directed. About YOU: Holds a Certificate IV in Aeroskills or recognized equivalent training (Mandatory). Australian Citizen eligible for a Federal Government Security Clearance (Mandatory). Experience or strong interest in working with Defence Military Aircraft. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
