ABOUT THE JOB
Nutricia is seeking a compassionate and experienced
Homecare Nurse Manager
to deliver expert clinical support to patients, carers, healthcare professionals.
In this
permanent, field-based role based in South Australia
, you will coordinate patient discharge, provide education and troubleshooting, promote patient independence, and maintain high clinical standards in home enteral nutrition.
You will lead strategic initiatives, manage key accounts, and support commercial objectives, acting as a critical enabler for tenders and contracts.
This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to bridge the gap between hospital and community care.
Responsibilities:
Patient Discharge Coordination:
Support the transition of patients to home enteral nutrition, including comprehensive training on feeding pumps.
Clinical Support & Education:
Deliver ongoing nurse support, education, and troubleshooting for patients and healthcare professionals using Nutricia products.
Promote Patient Independence:
Assist patients to remain safe and self-sufficient at home while managing tube feeding.
Maintain Clinical Standards:
Perform essential clinical tasks such as gastrostomy tube changes, stoma care, and all aspects of home enteral feeding.
Drive Homecare Strategy:
Execute strategic initiatives with key stakeholders to strengthen Nutricia's homecare offering.
Key Account Management:
Lead contract review meetings and proactively engage healthcare professionals to bridge hospital and community care.
Support Commercial Objectives:
Enable tenders and contracts, helping secure Nutricia's position and deliver on KPIs.
Service Innovation & Improvement:
Identify gaps and opportunities for new initiatives aligned with strategic vision.
Clinical Upskilling & Knowledge:
Maintain expertise in enteral feeding through field experience and ongoing professional development.
About you
ABOUT YOU
You are a clinically skilled and empathetic
Registered Nurse
with extensive experience in
enteral nutrition
and a passion for delivering patient-centred care.
You thrive in collaborative environments, demonstrate resilience and adaptability, and are committed to continuous improvement.
Ideally, you will have:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse,along with a valid driver'slicense; Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirable.
Experience in nursing and sales, preferably with experience working within hospital, community care, NDIS, Aged Care sectors and recent experience or a willingness to develop and refine your skillset in enteral nutrition.
A proventrack recordin roles such as Homecare Nurse Manager, Nurse Educator, or similar positions in health, nutrition, or corporate environments.
In-depth knowledge of the hospital, aged care, and homecare sectors, including funding models and state tender processes.
Strong analytical skills withproficiencyin data interpretation, sales reporting, and the use of information systems and contactcentertechnologies.
Current Australian Federal Police and Working with Children checks.
