Minerals 260 (ASX: MI6) is developing one of Australia's next major gold operations—the Bullabulling Gold Project. With studies advancing and construction on the horizon, we're seeking an experienced Senior Health & Safety Advisor to support the delivery of safe, compliant and high‐performing operations from early works through to production.

Role Purpose
Reporting to the Health & Safety Superintendent, you will provide hands‐on WHS leadership, technical guidance and operational support across site. The role partners closely with leaders, frontline teams and contractors to strengthen critical risk controls, ensure compliance, and embed the Mine Safety Management System (MSMS).
What You'll Do Health & Safety Leadership
* Provide visible, practical safety leadership across site activities
* Support implementation of safe work procedures and critical risk controls
* Lead incident investigations and contribute to continuous improvement
Operational & Contractor Support
* Work closely with supervisors and contractor partners to manage risk
* Participate in field interactions, audits and high‐risk work verifications
* Deliver inductions, toolbox talks and safety coaching
Governance & Systems
* Support compliance with WA WHS legislation and company systems
* Contribute to development and implementation of the MSMS
* Assist with audits, inspections, and reporting requirements
Risk & Reporting
* Promote proactive hazard identification and reporting culture
* Support risk assessments, JHAs and SWMS processes
* Provide clear, timely safety reporting and insights
About You
* Diploma (or higher) in Work Health & Safety
* 3+ years' experience in a similar role within mining, construction or major projects
* Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management practices
* Experience in incident investigation and safety systems
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Passion for building a strong and positive safety culture
Roster & Flexibility
This role is offered on an 8:6 FIFO or residential roster. Due to project requirements, the roster may be adjusted to a 2:1 arrangement for defined periods during construction, with consultation undertaken.
