This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic Ausdocs Holdings Group as a Marketing Manager. You will play a pivotal role in driving the company's marketing strategy and initiatives to support the growth of the business. This is a full-time or part-time position based in Albion, Queensland.
What you'll be doing
* Developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to raise brand awareness and drive lead generation
* Managing the company's digital marketing presence, including website, social media, and online advertising
* Conducting market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and optimise marketing efforts
* Collaborating with the sales team to align marketing activities and support business development initiatives
* Overseeing the production of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional materials
* Monitoring and reporting on marketing performance, and making recommendations for improvement
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company's marketing strategies remain competitive
What we're looking for
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably in the professional services or B2B sector
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different stakeholders
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data‐driven decisions
* Proficient in using various marketing tools and software, such as CRM systems, social media platforms, and analytics tools
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different departments
* Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field is highly desirable
