What role will you play?
You will provide ongoing coaching, mentoring and support to ensure the productivity, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of your team. You will be responsible for managing operational queues to ensure same‐day service, completing quality monitoring, productivity metrics and ensuring all regulatory requirements are observed. Your passion for leadership and client‐focus approach will drive successful team performance and ensure an exceptional service to your key stakeholders.
