Responsibilities
* Actively engage with guests, sharing enthusiasm for our products and creating memorable moments.
* Contribute to a culture of responsibility, focused on safety and compliance with RSA and RCG/RSG standards.
* Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in line with hotel policies and gaming regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Strong people, detail, and communication skills; motivated to deliver magic for guests and teammates.
* Team player with flexible availability across day, evenings, and weekends.
* Current RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications.
* Ability to perform manual handling and lifting safely as part of regular duties.
* Must complete Employee Due Diligence checks, including a National Police Check as part of recruitment.
