WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
You'll take ownership of our digital marketing channels, managing and optimising campaigns across SEO, Paid Search and Paid Social to increase awareness, traffic, and conversions.
Working closely with our content, creative and development teams, you'll ensure campaigns are consistent across touchpoints and designed to achieve measurable outcomes. You'll analyse performance data, identify opportunities, and provide clear, actionable insights that help shape future strategies.
YOU WILL NEED
* 3+ years' experience in Paid Search, Paid Social and SEO
* Experience managing Google Ads (Search, Shopping/PMax, Display, Remarketing)
* Experience managing Meta and LinkedIn Ads – other platforms a plus
* Strong understanding of on‐page SEO; off‐page and technical SEO experience beneficial
* Confident communicator able to share results and insights with stakeholders
* CMS experience (Shopify and WordPress preferred)
* Experience working cross‐functionally with design, creative and development teams
* Exposure to both lead generation and eCommerce campaigns
* Familiarity with tools like Forecast, ClickUp and Harvest for campaign management
IT'S NICE TO HAVE
* Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Monday or Jira
