We're growing fast at Flowers Across Brisbane - building on the success of our established brand Flowers AcrossTM and delivering even more smiles across the city. From our Acacia Ridge *****) base, we help thoughtful people send beautiful gifts quickly and conveniently.
We are excited to welcome a new member into team ahead of our anticipated growth, and currently have an opportunity for an experienced
permanent full-time florist (38 hours/week, Tuesday-Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 7am-3pm)
to join us, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn. While floristry experience is preferred, we're open to candidates with strong creative skills and a genuine passion for flowers (tell us more in your cover letter)
Looking for an immediate start.
About You:
Experience in the floristry industry and/or holds a floristry qualification (Cert III preferred, experience ideal).

A highly motivated and hard-working person who doesn't take themselves too seriously (we like to have fun while we work)
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and smashes deadlines (we work to both team and personal KPIs).
A person with strong attention to detail, who takes pride in producing high-quality work.
Someone who is self-managed and independent, but equally able to work collaboratively within a team.
Main duties will include all aspects of retail floristry including:
Completing orders as they come in from the website, to team KPIs.
Creating new arrangements for display on the website.
Maintaining cleanliness and safety of work areas.
Other duties as directed.
Hours:
38 hours/week - Tuesday to Friday 9am-5pm & Saturday 7am-3pm
Pay:
Pay rates are above award rate, include all entitlements and are commensurate with experience.
Note: Saturday penalty rates do apply
