Warehouse Operations Manager
Location: Bunbury, WA
We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to join our parts team on a Permanent Fulltime basis at our Bunbury location.
* General Warehousing Duties:

* Picking and Packing customer orders:
* Stock checking and inventory control:
* Hose building:
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, holding a Forklift Licence and possess excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for assisting the Warehouse Supervisor with overseeing a team, completing daily tasks such as processing customer order data into the Warehouse Management Systems.
This role involves running various shifts while the Supervisor is unavailable. The selected candidate will work closely with the team to improve process efficiency and maintain high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage warehouse operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources
* Supervise a team of warehouse staff to achieve high productivity and quality standards
* Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
* Maintain accurate records and reports on warehouse performance and operations
* Collaborate with the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
Requirements:
* Forklift Licence and Experience
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Computer literacy - inclusive of MS Suite
