Essential Requirements
* A doctoral qualification (PhD or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant governing body.
* Teaching qualifications or willingness to undertake further study in tertiary education.
* An understanding of current professional and educational issues in higher education, with collaborative engagement with the School.
* A proven research track record through recent published research outputs, with ability to contribute to the School's research agenda.
* Proven ability to teach and supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students using multi-modal delivery strategies.
* Demonstrated leadership skills, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to a collaborative academic environment.
