About the Role
As a People & Culture Specialist, you will gain hands-on experience across all aspects of Human Resources at our office in Sydney. You will work closely with our team to apply your university knowledge in a practical setting and support recruitment activities such as screening and interview coordination.
Main Responsibilities
* Supporting recruitment activities including screening and interview coordination.
* Assisting with performance review cycles and policy updates.
* Contributing to projects that improve employee engagement, satisfaction and inclusion.
* Providing high-quality administrative and coordination support throughout the employee lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will be in the penultimate year of study in a tertiary qualification in Business, Human Resources, Commerce, Psychology or a related discipline, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
