About the Role
As a Venue Manager, you will oversee and execute events across Nikola Estate, working closely with the Director of Sales to ensure seamless function delivery. In this senior leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of the venue operations, team management, customer engagement and financial performance. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and someone willing to be hands on.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all daily venue operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience and operational efficiency
* Monitor and manage staffing levels, rosters, and labour costs to meet business targets
* Lead, and develop a high‐performing front‐of‐house team
* Deliver outstanding customer service and manage guest relationships
* Manage financial reporting including budgeting, forecasting, and end‐of‐day reconciliations
* Hands‐on approach to daily operations – you will be required to do restaurant shifts in quiet winter periods
* Availability to Saturday and Sundays
