About the Role
You will work sensitively and respectfully with parents, family members, children or young people to address safety and well-being concerns and provide appropriate assistance through home visits.
Key responsibilities include developing safety plans, completing risk assessments, managing cases and situations, and being involved in court processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a relevant diploma or degree qualification, or at least two years' experience working with vulnerable children, young people and their families.
You will also need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a valid driver's licence, and a paid working with children clearance number.
A documented verification of Aboriginality is also required, confirming that you are an Aboriginal person of Aboriginal descent and that you identify as being Aboriginal.

This role offers a rewarding salary from $89,934 - $116,969 pa plus superannuation & annual leave loading.
