Ventia is seeking an experienced Field Manager based on the Mid North coast to support the delivery of the NBN On Demand module across commercial and residential projects. You will oversee contractor management, site audits, and field operations, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.

What You'll Do
* Deliver maintenance and customer activation services on the nbn network.
* Daily supervision ensuring that technicians have appropriate tools, testing equipment and materials & skills to enable the completion of tasks.
* Assist field technicians and provide coaching to improve performance, quality and end user customer experience.
* Liaise with the Area Manager & field workforce to ensure all customer complaints are resolved in a timely manner.
* Managing the progress of works at various sites in coordination with project staff, to meet client expectations within time constraints, budget, safety, environmental and quality.
* Weekly Quality Audits.
To Be Successful, You'll Need
* Supervisory experience in civil/construction, telecommunications experience highly regarded.
* Strong time management skills and proven ability to coordinate and manage contractors.
* Excellent communication skills to resolve customer complaints.
* Technologically savvy.
