Ecommerce Specialist
Lox & Chain is a global, design-led jewellery brand with a highly engaged community and strong international growth trajectory. We're in a focused scale phase and looking for an Ecommerce Specialist to take ownership of the performance and execution of the online business.
This is a high-ownership role at a brand that's already working — real revenue, real customers, real traction. You'll sit at the intersection of data and action, working with a team that cares just as much about what the numbers say as what to do next. There's pace, there's trust, and there's room to make decisions that genuinely move the needle.
What you'll be working on:
* Owning weekly ecommerce reporting across Shopify and GA4, tracking key performance metrics
* Analysing product and market performance to identify trends, risks and opportunities
* Turning customer behaviour insights (Hotjar, Clarity) into clear, actionable improvements
* Managing Shopify execution across CRO tests, PDP updates and product launches
* Ensuring campaigns and drops go live accurately and on time
* Identifying friction across the funnel and driving UX and conversion improvements
* Owning lifecycle performance in Klaviyo (email and SMS across flows and campaigns)
* Collaborating cross-functionally to align stock, campaigns and landing page performance
What we're looking for:
* 3–6 years' experience across ecommerce, digital or online retail
* Hands‐on Shopify capability (collections, PDPs, metafields, basic theme navigation)
* Proven experience with Klaviyo across flows and campaigns
* Confidence using analytics and heatmapping tools to diagnose on‐site performance
* Data‐led and commercially minded, with a clear understanding of what good looks like
* Someone who follows things through — not just identifying issues, but resolving them
Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per annum (excluding superannuation)
