Our client in an award winning multibillion dollar developer who are renowned for their luxury residential, retail and hotel developments across Australia.
Due to growth in their property agency team they are are seeking a marketing professional to join their work family on a part time basis 3 days per week.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the corporate director in setting marketing goals, deadlines, and deliverables for a variety of initiatives and brands.
- Create and plan media for print, internet, social, and signage; this includes coordinating with other designers.
- Controlling and carrying out media bookings.
- Tracking of total advertising costs and creation of customised budgets for real estate sales.
- Management of digital ads on various websites
- Manage the corporate website and provide brief updates.
- Create material based on content strategy for all social media channels. maintaining control over social media channels.
- Assist in the regular reporting and analysis of activity.
**Requirements for the role**:
- 1-3 years of experience in a comparable marketing position.
- A relevant tertiary degree in marketing or communications is preferred but not required.
- Experience in the residential real estate industry is preferred
- Excellent organisation and administrative skills
- Capacity to multitask and follow instructions from several sources
- Advanced writing abilities, including editing and copywriting
- The capacity to organise and follow production schedules while paying close attention to detail.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Wordpress, and Inspect Real Estate.
- The capacity to work independently and take on modest assignments.
