We are looking for a passionate Food & Beverage Attendant who thinks outside the box and wants the opportunity to make our Food & Beverage outlets the heart & soul of our Hotel.
In This Role You Will
* Be the 'face' of our new restaurant
* Welcome both in‐house and external guests
* Provide consistent and high‐quality service
* Be an active promoter of our new restaurant and assist in implementing ways to drive revenue within our food and beverage outlets
* Run breakfast, lunch and dinner service, including conferencing and events as required
* Bring flair and passion each and every day
* Be given the opportunity to have your say and bring new ideas to the team
* Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation
* Promote a safe workplace by recognising hazards and promoting general WHS practices
Qualifications
* Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) in QLD
* An entrepreneurial style and drive for café‐restaurant operations
* Experienced and passionate about making a good cup of coffee – desired
* Flexible availability to work during the week including weekends and public holidays
