This is a rare opportunity to step directly into a front-office capital raising environment working alongside senior relationship managers and the Head of Capital to support live fundraising activity and investor engagement.
The Role
You'll sit at the centre of the commercial function, helping drive capital raising outcomes across institutional, wholesale, and private investors. This is not a passive support role you'll be actively involved in pipeline execution, investor strategy, and market intelligence.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting capital raising strategy and investor outreach
* Coordinating roadshows, client meetings, and follow-ups
* Managing CRM, pipeline tracking, and investor data integrity
* Producing investor materials, reports, and market insights
* Conducting competitor and market analysis to support positioning
* Assisting with investor queries, RFPs, and onboarding processes
About You
* Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or similar
* Strong interest in capital markets / real assets
* High attention to detail with strong analytical capability
* Excellent communication skills written and verbal
* Proactive, organised, and comfortable working with senior stakeholders
* Exposure to asset management, banking, or investor relations and experience with CRM tools will be highly regarded.
