Site Operations Manager
We're seeking a Site Operations Manager who is eager to take on new challenges with a leading Civil Contracting company. Our organization offers long-term career opportunities and is dedicated to the growth and professional development of its employees.
You will oversee daily project activities on a diverse range of projects, including residential and commercial subdivisions, and major civil infrastructure like roads and bridges across the Sunshine Coast.
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include conducting daily site inspections, overseeing onsite teams and plant, including subcontractors, managing construction planning and programming, procurement and allocation of necessary resources, cost tracking and reporting, quality assurance documentation, and contract administration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct daily site inspections and oversee onsite teams and plant, including subcontractors
* Manage construction planning, programming, and completion schedules
* Procurement and allocation of necessary project resources
* Cost tracking and reporting to Project Manager
* Quality Assurance documentation
* Contract Administration, including NODs/EOTs, notices, reporting, claims
