The Opportunity
ROUSSOS is partnering with a leading Tier 2 builder to recruit an experienced Senior Site Manager for a standout $50M new build project in Adelaide. This is a great chance to join a business renowned for delivering high-quality new builds, fitouts and refurbishments, now expanding its pipeline of high impact projects ahead of the new year.
The Role
* Lead site operations for a complex, high-value commercial build.
* Manage subcontractors, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
* Uphold safety standards and foster a strong WHS culture.
* Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to achieve project goals.

You will bring proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on large-scale commercial projects (typically $30M+), with the capability to lead complex builds from start to finish. You will demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, fostering collaboration and positive relationships across teams and subcontractors.
