Engineering Manager – Ryde Hospital
Location: Sydney – North/North West (Ryde Hospital).
Position: Permanent Full Time – Engineer Grade 5. Salary: $2,217.34 per week.
Closing date: 04 June 2026.
Responsibilities
* Oversee day‐to‐day operations of the Engineering department at Ryde Hospital.
* Provide advice and support to project teams during hospital infrastructure upgrades.
* Assist in providing labour and expertise for alterations or additions as required.
Qualifications
* Relevant engineering or trade qualification eligible for membership of the Australian Institute of Hospital Engineers (NSW Branch).
* Experience managing maintenance teams and undertaking minor project works to meet BCA requirements, preferably in a health care setting.
* Experience in plant and equipment maintenance, including preventive programme initiatives to enhance equipment performance.
* Encouragement for applicants from Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander backgrounds.
