* Brainstorming Sponge: Sit in on creative sessions, contribute \"wildcard\" ideas, and learn how a real agency breathes.
* Drafting & Tweaking: You'll be the king/queen of first drafts. You'll write, get feedback, rewrite, and get better every single day.
* The Hustle: Show up with ideas, stay curious, and never be afraid to ask, \"Wait, why are we doing it this way?\"

* The Talent: You have a blog, a spicy Twitter (X) feed, or a portfolio of \"spec\" ads that prove you can write.
