Role Overview

Join the Revlon Professional Education team as a fully qualified hairdresser with education experience. The role involves working closely with Business Consultants, facilitating education to Revlon Professional and American Crew accounts across Victoria and Tasmania.

Duties And Responsibilities

* Coordinate, facilitate and deliver education courses in Victoria and Tasmania.
* Provide in‐field education to existing/new accounts on the entire portfolio.
* Perform colour demonstrations and installation programs for new accounts.
* Maintain effective communication with teams, clients and a passion for sharing knowledge.
* Demonstrate strong hairdressing skills, especially in colouring.
* Manage multiple priorities, multitask, and meet deadlines.
* Present to small and large audiences.
* Assist Business Consultants and share team goals and KPIs.
* Flexible working hours are required.

Skills And Experience

* Minimum 7 years of hairdressing experience.
* Strong passion for education and training.
* Flexible and highly motivated.
* Organised, punctual and professional time‐management.
* Well‐presented and approachable.
* Current, valid driver licence and own car.
* Interpersonal skills to build solid relationships.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Willing to be hands‐on in‐salon.
