Senior Manager – Leadership, Culture & Human Performance
Lead large, high-impact client engagements that deliver safe, reliable operations and contribute to growth through business development. Design solutions to support client executives and focus on people performance, culture, and transformation.
Responsibilities
* Lead major client engagements and work with senior client stakeholders to shape direction and deliver meaningful outcomes.
* Deliver outstanding client experience and maintain high-quality work that fosters repeat business.
* Grow accounts and win new work, positioning the firm's capabilities in leadership, culture, and human performance.
* Contribute to thought leadership and shape the firm's approach to leadership, culture, and human performance.
* Develop people, build capability and help others build consulting, leadership, and client engagement skills.
* Project manage large, complex, multi-year projects, managing a team, quality, and profitability.
* Participate in internal and external functional and industry networks to develop new business with global marketing and industry teams.
* Meet client delivery chargeability and business development targets.
Qualifications and Experience
* Graduate from a top-tier university with a business-related or engineering degree; post-graduate qualification is beneficial.
* Minimum of 10 years of consulting experience in operational improvement, transformation, or performance improvement, or safety and risk.
* Proven ability to lead large, complex projects and manage senior stakeholders in Mining & Metals, Infrastructure, Energy, Utilities.
* Interest in expanding into leadership, culture, and human performance.
* Experience contributing to business development, proposals, or account growth.
* Passion for developing people and building high-performing teams.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to navigate complex projects and stakeholder interactions.
* High proficiency with PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Advanced Excel, Access, and preferably visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
