Grounds & Maintenance
The Grounds & Maintenance Officer will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and upkeep of our park's grounds and gardens.
* Maintenance of ride-on mowers
* Hedge trimming using hedge trimmers
* Pruning with whipper snippers
* General residential maintenance tasks
* Painting and plastering where required
* Operating high-powered hand tools
* Assisting with other minor maintenance tasks
* Cleaning of amenities and common areas
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in property maintenance and hold a current driver's license.
