About the role:
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, customers, and partners in a friendly and skilled manner.
Manage and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Assist customers with inquiries, providing information about products, services, and promotions.
Schedule appointments, manage meeting room reservations, and coordinate conference calls.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and customer support.
Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, phone calls, and relevant administrative tasks.
Ad hoc administrative duties
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in a Reception position
Exceptional phone manner
Well presented and must have great written/verbal communications skills
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
