About the Role
As a Dental Assistant/ Receptionist in our thriving Tooth Heaven practice, you'll play a key role in clinical treatment. You'll confidently and expertly provide high quality clinical and administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and professional way. Your energetic nature and strong organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients.
Skills & Experience
You have:
* Previous experience in a dental reception role and chairside assisting
* Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite
* Strong phone manner and customer service skills
* Solid understanding of dental terminology and procedures - desirable
* Knowledge of infection control and sterilisation standards - desirable
* Proven ability to manage multiple dentists' schedules in a fast-paced environment
You are:
* Highly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentation
* An excellent communicator - both written and oral - with strong attention to detail
* Extremely organised and calm under pressure, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes
* Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
* A collaborative team player who contributes positively to the practice
