About The Role
You will be responsible for developing and implementing knowledge management strategies, embedding and executing the quality assurance framework, and leading learning initiatives within Operations. Your role will ensure our knowledge assets are accurate, accessible, and aligned with business goals, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Additionally, you will oversee learning and development programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel.
* Develop and implement comprehensive knowledge management strategies to capture, organize, and disseminate information across Operations.
* Develop, implement, and maintain quality control and assurance programs to meet or exceed customer expectations and comply with regulatory standards.
* Conduct regular audits and reviews of knowledge repositories to assess compliance and identify improvements.
* Lead the development and execution of learning and development initiatives, including onboarding, training, and ongoing education.
* Manage and support a team of knowledge management, quality assurance, and learning professionals, providing coaching and development opportunities.
About You
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, learning design, quality/risk management, or a related field.
* Understanding of Human-Centred Design and process improvement methodologies.
* At least 3 years of leadership experience in knowledge management, quality assurance, or learning and development.
* Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the insurance industry related to quality and compliance.
* Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams and collaborate across departments.
