Overview
The Commercial Hotel is seeking energetic and reliable Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team. To be successful in this fast-paced pub environment, you must be 18 years or older and hold a current RSA. We require team players who pride themselves on great customer service and have flexible availability across days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities
* Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and ensuring every visit is memorable.
* Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to enhance a guest's experience.
* Deliver top-notch customer service and make every interaction engaging and enjoyable.
* From the first pour of the day to closing, maintain high standards and ensure a memorable guest experience.
* Assist the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able.
Inherent Requirements
* This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g., moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

* Some gaming experience or willingness to learn is desirable.
