We operate out of a state-of the-art facility in the southern suburbs of Brisbane, with an additional network of sales offices and warehouses in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. Responsibilities
* Provide sales administration support to various product lines; acts as receptionist as required.
* Receive and action general enquiries, freight quotes and sales orders by phone and email.
* Collate relevant paperwork and raise sales orders and warehouse requisitions.
* Participate in sales and staff meetings as required.
* Liaise with despatch, sales and service departments.
* Manage bin and stock transfers.
* Confirm or fix errors in relation to electronic and hard copy documents.
* Manage returns and credits.
* Deal with customers and dealers and escalate as required.
Qualifications
* Essential: Intermediate level of computer and technical skills in ERP software and Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams; skilled in accurate data transfer; skilled at note taking; skilled at negotiating difficult conversations; knowledge of meeting procedures.
* Highly regarded: Formal training/certification in administration; administration experience in a manufacturing environment.
