Senior Systems Administrator – Port Macquarie, NSW

About the Opportunity

Typical Responsibilities
- Administer, monitor and maintain Council’s Microsoft Server, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Manage and support cloud infrastructure, including AWS and Azure platforms.
- Manage and maintain core infrastructure systems: servers, networks, telephony, backup/recovery and security.
- Provide an escalation point for complex user hardware/software issues following initial diagnosis by other team members.
- Contribute to the design, planning and delivery of ICT infrastructure components for business and digital transformation projects.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
Remuneration & Benefits
Salary (exclusive of super): $97,130–$108,719 (dependent on skills and experience). Performance‑based increase available after 12 months.
