About the Role
We are currently seeking suitably experienced Disability Support Workers to join our Rapid Workforce Solutions team in Northern Melbourne and provide supports to clients with Personal care, community access and domestic assistance needs.
This is a casual role, with a range of shifts on offer from Monday to Sunday. This will include mornings, afternoons and nights.
What Do You Need?
* Proven experience in a similar Disability Support role
* Relevant qualifications, minimum Certificate III Level
* Good availability and flexibility to accept a range of shifts
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Current First Aid and CPR, Manual Handling, and Medication training
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and WWCC
* Registered/Insured car and Drivers Licence
* Willingness to complete additional required training as needed
All applicants must be willing to provide the relevant mandatory training and screening clearances and complete required online training modules and induction process.
