The Opportunity & Responsibilities
We are seeking experienced Room Leaders for Nursery (0–2 years) and Toddler (2–3 years) rooms for our Werribee, Manor Lakes Village and Mambourin Centre's. Working closely with the Centre Manager and leadership team, you will lead your room, mentor educators and deliver high quality programs aligned with EYLF and NQS.
You will be responsible for:
* Leading the daily operations of the Nursery or Toddler room
* Developing and implementing age-appropriate learning programs
* Building strong relationships with children, families and team
* Supporting and mentoring educators within the room
* Ensuring compliance with regulations, NQS and Aspire practices
* Contributing to a positive and collaborative centre culture
About You
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved qualification
* Proven experience as a Room Leader within the relevant age group (Nursery or Toddler)
* Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS and Child Safe Standards
* Ability to lead, inspire and support a team
* Excellent communication skills
* Passion for high quality early learning and care
* Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
